Bright, Shiny, and Bordering on Tacky - The Festive Edition!

Holiday party clothes are my weakness.

I’m sure this is no surprise. I’ve elaborated (at length) about my magpie-like shopping habits, and this season of clothing, right before the big holidays, is my favorite. Everything is textured, or shiny, or embroidered. Holiday party clothes are what I wish we wore all the time. They are happy and surprising! They are interesting, and occasionally entirely inappropriate for the weather! They are fun, and this is the season for fun.

BUT.

But, I already have lots of party items. In today’s casual era, they don’t always see the outside of my closet. Perhaps, though, you are in need? Perhaps your closet needs a little sparkle, or a plethora of sequins, or a hefty dose of drama? My hope is that this shopping guide inspires your next festive outfit or, at the very least, offers you the same sparkly escape it gave me!
